ESCL Participates in Mergermarket Forum on China

Julian Ha, a Director in the Corporate Finance team, spoke at the Mergermarket sponsored "China - M&A and Investment Forum". Julian discussed Chinese outward investment and the interest from Chinese companies in raising funds on London's capital markets. Over 150 lawyers, bankers, China specialists and company representatives attended this forum held at Kingsway Hall in London. (November 2005)
