| Alex Snow | |

Alex is Chairman of Evolution Securities China Limited and also Chief Executive of the Evolution Group plc, the parent of Evolution Securities China Limited. Previously he has worked for Barclays de Zoete Wedd, which later became part of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in 1998. Whilst at CSFB he set up a specialised hedge fund product and ran CSFB's European stock selection team that formed the basis for the firm's trading and proprietary positions. He is a graduate of St. Andrew's University, Scotland. |

Ying was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Securities China Limited in August 2003. Previously Ying was Head of China Product at Brunswick Emerging Markets. She was born in China and graduated with a PhD in Economics from SUNY Binghamton, USA. She has spent 14 years advising European and American corporates and investors in China. She was Head of China Investment Banking at Caspian Securities. She has worked at the World Bank, Washington DC as a Country Economist and also as a Financial Economist at Barclays Bank, London. |

Clive was a founding member of Evolution Securities China and was appointed to the board in July 2003. Clive became a Member of The London Stock Exchange in 1983 and has extensive corporate development experience across a broad range of manufacturing, distribution, leisure and financial services businesses encompassing the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia and the Peoples Republic of China. Clive is also Chief Operating Officer of Christows, the Evolution Group's wholly owned private client stockbroking and fund management business. |

| Graeme Dell | |

Graeme is Finance Director of Evolution Securities China Limited, the same position that he holds for the Evolution Group plc, the parent company and all operating subsidiaries. He joined the Evolution Group plc as Chief Financial Officer in August 2001 and was promoted to the board in October 2001. He is responsible for Finance, Operations and IT within the Group. He was previously a Director in the Global Exchange Services business at Deutsche Bank and prior to that an Executive Director in the Operations, Technology and Finance Division of Goldman Sachs. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1992. |

Myles is Head of Equity Sales within Evolution Securities China Limited based in London. He has been involved in Emerging Markets since 1992 as Head of Sales at Latinvest Securities a specialist Latin American investment bank which was bought by BBVA of Spain in 1998. From 2000 until December 2003 he was a director at Liability Solutions Ltd a specialist hedge fund marketing and advisory company. He is a graduate of Oxford University. |

| Nick Martin | |

Nick is Head of Corporate Finance within Evolution Securities China Limited, based in London. Nick has over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience and has held various senior appointments with Durlacher Corporation plc (as a member of the main plc Board and head of its investment banking activities), Collins Stewart Limited (Director of Corporate Finance), Cazenove, ARC Associates, and Hill Samuel. During his career he has raised over US$100 billion for corporate clients and has been actively involved (often at Board Level) in start-up venture capital, private placing, and M&A activities and has led or co-led fund-raisings and IPOs for a wide range of companies in the UK, Europe and emerging markets with particular emphasis on the technology, energy, media, biotech/healthcare and telecoms sectors. In addition, Nick has worked as a Cabinet Special Adviser 1988-89. Nick is a qualified Barrister and holds an M.A. in Law from Cambridge University. He has served on a number of Boards and Board committees including currently Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust and the University of Cambridge. |
