Nick is Head of Corporate Finance within Evolution Securities China Limited, based in London. Nick has over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience and has held various senior appointments with Durlacher Corporation plc (as a member of the main plc Board and head of its investment banking activities), Collins Stewart Limited (Director of Corporate Finance), Cazenove, ARC Associates, and Hill Samuel. During his career he has raised over US$100 billion for corporate clients and has been actively involved (often at Board Level) in start-up venture capital, private placing, and M&A activities and has led or co-led fund-raisings and IPOs for a wide range of companies in the UK, Europe and emerging markets with particular emphasis on the technology, energy, media, biotech/healthcare and telecoms sectors. In addition, Nick has worked as a Cabinet Special Adviser 1988-89. Nick is a qualified Barrister and holds an M.A. in Law from Cambridge University. Lucy Mu is a Vice President of Evolution Securities China Limited responsible for Corporate Finance, based in the Shanghai office. Ms. Mu worked in UOB Asia (Hong Kong) Limited as Chief Representative of its Shanghai Representative Office and has been participating in the development and operations of UOB's investment banking business in the Greater China RegionLucyworked in UOB Asia (Hong Kong) Limited during August 2002 to Nov 2006 as Chief Representative of its Shanghai Office. | Benjamin Wu | |

Benjamin Wu, Director, has about 10 years of investment banking experience in Hong Kong, China and Australia. Prior to co-founding Watterson Asia (the former entity of Evolution Watterson) in 2001, he had served as Vice President at DBS Bank in Hong Kong responsible for managing and syndicating initial public offerings and other equity capital market transactions for both Hong Kong and Chinese corporations as well as advising them in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining DBS Bank in 1997, he served at Jardine Fleming Ord Minnett in Sydney, Australia for three years responsible for dealing and trading of derivative products including futures and options on stock indexes, bonds, commodities and foreign exchange products as well as advising clients on trading and hedging strategies. Hui joined the Corporate Finance team in October 2006. Prior to joining Evolution, she was trained by Anglo American plc, the third largest diversified mining and natural resources group in the world, for one year in its Corporate Finance and Coal / Energy department in London. Jerry is a Corporate Finance Vice President within Evolution Securities China Limited, and is based in London. Originally from Shanghai, Jerry's financial focus has been on Europe, China and Hong Kong for the past 12 years, first with Daiwa Securities as a Corporate Finance Executive. He then moved to Jardine Fleming Securities (now part of JP Morgan Group) where his work in Equity Research gave him considerable exposure to institutional clients. Jerry has also worked in the Corporate Finance group of UBS Warburg in London as an Associated Director focusing on the Technology and Telecoms sector. Barry has some 13 years investment banking corporate finance experience with Dresdner Kleinwort, Arbuthnot Securities, Hill Samuel Bank and two boutique investment banks. Prior to this he spent four years in strategy consulting with KPMG. Barry has spent his entire career advising growth companies on raising equity (via IPOs and secondary equity issuance), mergers & acquisitions (including public company takeovers) and refinancing (including raising private equity and debt/mezzanine finance). Barry has advised on UK Official List and AIM transactions across Europe, North America and Asia, including China, which involved companies operating in a broad range of sectors including specialist manufacturing, consumer products and services, healthcare and technology.
