Anthony Schindler is Head of Evolution Securities China’s Equity Capital markets. A Mandarin Chinese speaker, Anthony has gained over twelve years experience of the Chinese and Asian equity markets at WICarr and Deutsche Bank amongst others, specialising in China and Taiwan. He has participated in IPO's in the China B and H share markets, GDRs and ADRs in London and New York as well as listings on all the major Asian markets. In 2006 he led the successful IPO and £22m fund raise for West China Cement on the London AiM market. He graduated with a BA Hons in Chinese and Economics from SOAS, London University in 1994. Nick is Head of Corporate Finance within Evolution Securities China Limited, based in London. Nick has over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience and has held various senior appointments with Durlacher Corporation plc (as a member of the main plc Board and head of its investment banking activities), Collins Stewart Limited (Director of Corporate Finance), Cazenove, ARC Associates, and Hill Samuel. During his career he has raised over US$100 billion for corporate clients and has been actively involved (often at Board Level) in start-up venture capital, private placing, and M&A activities and has led or co-led fund-raisings and IPOs for a wide range of companies in the UK, Europe and emerging markets with particular emphasis on the technology, energy, media, biotech/healthcare and telecoms sectors. In addition, Nick has worked as a Cabinet Special Adviser 1988-89. Nick is a qualified Barrister and holds an M.A. in Law from Cambridge University. He has served on a number of Boards and Board committees including currently Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust and the University of Cambridge. Contact: |

David has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in Hong Kong, China and Asia. Prior to establishing Watterson Asia Limited (the former entity of Evolution Watterson Securities Limited), he had served for eight years as Managing Director in the investment banking division of DBS Bank in Hong Kong responsible for corporate finance and equity fund raising activities for companies in Hong Kong and China and as Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston responsible for investment banking and equity capital market transactions for large corporations in Hong Kong. Over the years, he has covered small to large sized corporations in equity capital market transactions both in Hong Kong, China and overseas as well as in financing advisory services. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States, in 1983. Contact: |
