Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team focuses on offering strategies for raising capital from investors globally; the department helps companies execute primary market transactions for its corporate clients by managing the structuring, syndication, marketing and distribution of capital raising deals.

The department also provides corporate clients with assistance in managing their communications with the market; its scope of activities is designed to help clients succeed in ever-changing financing environments.

Our ECM team has a long and successful track record, through our experienced market professionals, in executing such transactions on both the London and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
